Dr. Meline Kevorkian serves as Associate Provost of Nova Southeastern University, Dean of the College of Computing and Engineering, and Professor of Education. Her primary research interests are in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math student success with a strong focus on success in high demand computing programs, bullying and cyberbullying. Her work and collaborations have led to many papers, presentations, and grants from the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education around efforts to broaden access to high-need Computer Science and Engineering degrees for Hispanic/Latinos and Low-Income Students. Additionally, she is the author of many books including, Tackling Bullying in Athletics, 101 Facts about Bullying: What Everyone Should Know, Preventing Bullying: Helping Kids Form Positive Relationships and Six Secrets for Parents to Help Their Kids Achieve in School, and has been featured on the TODAY show, CNN, FOX, NBC, CBS, WSVN, Mom Talk Radio, WLRN Public Television, and the National PTA.
